Our Core Values

Attitude
“Attitude” refers to an athlete’s mindset, outlook, and approach toward their sport, training, competition, teammates, and challenges. It encompasses qualities like positivity, resilience, determination, coachability, and mental toughness. A strong and constructive attitude often drives performance, fosters growth, and helps athletes overcome obstacles, while a negative or indifferent attitude can hinder progress and teamwork. Ultimately, attitude is a key component in achieving both personal and team success.

Energy
“Energy” refers to the intensity, enthusiasm, and effort an athlete brings to their performance, training, and interactions. It encompasses both physical energy—the stamina and strength needed to compete—and mental energy, which includes focus, motivation, and the ability to stay engaged. High energy can elevate performance, inspire teammates, and create a positive atmosphere, while low energy can impact execution, morale, and outcomes. Energy is often seen as a reflection of an athlete’s commitment and passion for their sport.

Effort
“Effort” refers to the level of physical and mental exertion an athlete puts into their training, competition, and personal development. It represents a commitment to working hard, pushing limits, and striving for improvement, regardless of circumstances or outcomes. Effort is often viewed as a measure of an athlete’s dedication, focus, and willingness to give their best, even in the face of adversity. It’s a cornerstone of progress, both individually and as part of a team.
